have been so busy this past week. bit unreal. i think the business will only tend to escalate becos..!!

oh well.. on the ward we've been doing intern-ish things, which has been good so far. i mean minus the actual "responsibility" part to it. having some other registrars hurl insults at me etc but then again, i blame myself cos i dunno.

been faced with a few management dilemmas on the ward. shall not discuss them here cos of confidentiality. but yeah.. really "valuable"

but i mean all the paperwork! argh. i did like 3 discharges in 2 days. and checked bloods like once and i ruminate on how i am gonna survive next year. and the next. and the next. and the next....

oh man!! have yet to start studying!!!!!!!!!
