sorry for the really late entry and thanks for the interest!

been really busy, in general. life in general. hardly have time to go online anymore.

but i think it is all gonna change. i am gonna start spending more time at home to study cos exam is in 8 weeks!

anyway.. what's new? where do i even start. since the last entry my life has turned around. i dunno if it's for the better or worse even!

ok this is new. when i occasionally have to run (usually for the tram or bus or train), i feel my upper thighs and bum jiggling! so, i have to 1. try to cut down on my coke intake, 2. exercise more! and ok.. try to eat healthier as well. recently met this doctor, i think he might be quite anorexic. he has like altered body image man.. he is on a strict diet and is rather obsessed with working out, protein shakes and eating carbo-free food. man.. i just find it amusing!

shanna and i cooked a huge pot of veggie soup again. hopefully it will be enough for the whole week. one bowl of soup a day would have almost enough veg for a day. but i think i shd have more protein too. and for breakfast i been having crumpets and english muffins! they are soooooooooo yum. esp if u slap on some butter (but i opt for Flora lite) and eat it immediately when hot! i know they are quite high in carbohydrates but i tend to get really hungry in the mornings just before lunch!

sorry i know this all sounds a bit vague. if u wanna know more u can ask me cos unfortunately i cant really publish the details that revolutionized my life.
